Happy New Year, friends! I don’t know about you, but January for me, often means a desire to get more organized, to feel more energized and to save more money.
Sunday evening is our favourite time for family dinner. Sunday’s are usually busy with household chores and family activities. But for most of the day we’re home, often watching football and getting ready for the week.
This holiday season our family is revisiting one of our most coveted comfort food dishes of all time— “Braised Alberta Beef Short-Ribs in Wild Mushroom Sauce.” And oh yes, with all the fixings!
The thing that makes the GetJoyfull kitchen joyful – is cooking together with my family. For a time, my sister lived with us while she was going to university and memories of cooking and chatting with her in the kitchen are truly some of the best we’ve shared.
Over here at the GetJoyfull Household, we’re full of sports fans! And the biggest sports fan of all is Papa Bear! It doesn’t matter if it’s football, hockey, basketball, or baseball, Papa Bear is always ready to rumble and get his game day face on!
