It’s hard to believe, but March is here. Did you know it’s National Nutrition Month? This year’s campaign is focusing on “More than Food,” and encouraging all of us to consider not just WHAT we eat, but HOW we eat, too.
It’s World Pulses Day and we’re celebrating with an after school snack of yummy, crunchy “Pizzalicious Chickpeas.” As a Dietitian, I love that they’re loaded with fibre and folate.

Tender, juicy, perfectly roasted chicken has always been a GetJoyfull family favourite. My family enjoys it so much that I often roast two at a time to ensure enough leftovers for soup and sandwiches.
