Cela, and I love every minute we spend foraging, trekking, and mapping meals all across the beautiful Province we call home.

It’s been a busy week, and this mama needs to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. The kids are playing, and I have a few minutes to breath, eat the dark chocolate I’ve been craving, and collect my cartoon-voice-free-thoughts.

Mother’s Day is around the corner, and I’m excited to enjoy a sunny weekend with the blue-eyed wonders who call me Mama.

One of the fondest memories I have as a child was walking into GiGi’s house on a Sunday to the aroma of ‘Jiggs’ Dinner.’ Also known as “boiled,” or “Sunday dinner.”
